As a Patient Pay Collector, you’re the friendly voice helping patients understand and resolve their balances. You ll collaborate with internal teams, validate account details, and ensure our patients feel heard, supported, and respected. A day in the life might include: Making outbound calls to patients to discuss and collect outstanding balances Reviewing patient accounts and verifying the accuracy of charges Setting up payment schedules and walking patients through their options Collaborating with other departments to resolve billing questions Documenting account activity and interactions in various systems Working in a team-first environment where customer care comes first salary: $18.54 – $18.55 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 4:30

1+ year of medical/healthcare billing experience (collections, payments, payment plans, etc.) Phone-based customer service or collections experience Live within 1 hour of Monroeville, PA (for occasional on-site needs) ✨
