Warrendale, PA | Fully onsite $50,000- 60,000 We’relooking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to supportour client’s accounting operations! This role will focus on thedaily transactional side of accounting-ideal for someone who enjoysroutine, accuracy, and working behind the scenes to keep thingsrunning smoothly. OVERVIEW OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE
Enter and process accountspayable and receivable The Bookkeeper will match invoices, codeexpenses, and ensure proper documentation Reconcile bank and creditcard statements Assist with vendor setup and maintenance TheBookkeeper will monitor and follow up on outstanding invoicesSupport the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE BOOKKEEPER
2 years of bookkeepingor accounting support experience Proficiency in QuickBooks orsimilar accounting software Basic excel knowledge
