BENZELS BRETZEL BAKERY, INC.
is looking for an:
Accounts Payable Specialist Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Knowledge and experience performing all accounting functions to include monthly closing procedures. Proficient in working with numbers. Reconcile invoices, pack slips, pricing, and purchase orders, etc. Prepare tax exempt forms, 1099’s, W-9s. Reconcile broker invoicing. Proof reading of documents and printed materials. Reconcile Petty Cash. Reconcile COAs with Master Book. Provide customer service for requests by telephone and e-mail.
Education:
High School Diploma Experience:
Two plus years of relevant work experience. Benzels offers competitive pay and benefits.
