We’re looking for a dedicated Collections Specialist (known internally as Collector) to join our team in Langhorne, PA. The Collector is responsible for managing assigned accounts and proactively contacting customers to collect payments, ensuring positive relationships while settling accounts. Essential Job Duties Follow up with delinquent accounts, meticulously recording information in the recordkeeping system Contact customers with past-due invoices via phone or email, maintaining positive relationships throughout the process Respond promptly to incoming emails/calls regarding invoices/billing Provide chargeback notices to agents listed on the account Provide aging reports to customers or agents Handle collection letters Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Office experience Basic computer skills Proficient with operating Microsoft Outlook Customer service oriented Effective negotiation skills Basic math skills Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English in a professional manner Preferred Qualifications Proficient with operating Microsoft Excel Schedule
