Job Summary Description:

To provide services to ensure that financial transactions, accounting documents and data are maintained accurately and timely in order to support financial goals of the company.

Essential Job Accountabilities:

Accounts Receivable Enter and submit Accounts Receivable invoices to Customers. Enter Cash Deposits into BofA CashPro and Foundations on a daily basis. Prepare and distribute monthly AR Statements. Maintain Accounts Receivable Filing System. Accounts Payable Match up Purchase Orders with Vendor invoices. Enter Accounts Payable invoices from Vendors. Review monthly AP Statements received from Vendors. Maintain Accounts Payable Filing System. Inventory Record and maintain Inventory on a daily basis. Provide support to the Senior Accountant on a regular basis. Provide support to the Controller, as needed. Perform all other related or reasonable duties as requested

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Protect Organization’s value by keeping information confidential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (IE Verbal, Phone, Written & Listening). Ability to quickly learn and proficiency with Microsoft Office software (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel). Flexibility to adjust and make changes. Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Strong math skills and ability to use various accounting equipment. Preferred Accounting degree, minimum of Associate’s. Preferred Accounting experience, minimum of 3 years.
