Accounts Payable Coordinator AccountStaff Cranberry Township, PA 16066 • Remote We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support the AP team. This will be a 3 day onsite role/2 day remote role in Cranberry Township, PA.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances Maintaining historical records Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit Responding to vendor enquiries regarding finance Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports Continuing to improve the payment process
Education and Experience :
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus MUST be able to be Onsite 3 Days per week.
