Accounts Payable Specialist 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 412 Creamery Way, Exton, PA 19341 Accounts Payable Specialist Join Tandigm Physician Services – a Management Services Organization (MSO) designed to allow medical providers to focus on the clinical aspects of running a medical practice. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and fostering strong vendor relationships while ensuring timely payment processing across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities Process, verify, and reconcile invoices for payment Code invoices according to company’s chart of accounts Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner Handle accounts payable functions for multiple entities and vendors Establish and maintain positive vendor relationships Ensure all bills are paid accurately and within payment terms Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized filing systems Reconcile accounts and maintain detailed spreadsheets Support additional accounting functions as needed

Required Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 6 months of accounts payable experience preferred Experience managing AP for multiple entities and vendors

Technical Skills:

Experience with Sage 100 AP module preferred Experience with Automated Accounts Payable applications preferred. Currently using Quadient BeanWorks. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other accounting software Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new technologies
