We’re looking to add an Assistant Accounting Coordinator to our Malvern, PA headquarters team. This role is a great way to enter the finance and accounting field, or expand support skills you may bring from another area.

Job Summary:
The Assistant Accounting Coordinator will support a highly organized and detail-oriented finance and accounting team who is responsible for all aspects of accounting and customer service.

Non-exempt (hourly) Reports to:
Finance Manager Work Schedule and Details:
- Monday-Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm; Friday, 8am to 3pm. Includes a paid lunch period
- In-office (Malvern, PA); some work from home possible after training
- Occasional Overtime -Summer Hours (half day Fridays)
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary customer liaison for the finance team
- Respond to all customer phone and daily emails including credit card payments.
- Track all incoming finance emails and ensure they are answered.
- Perform registration transfers and cancellations.
- Invoice classes.
- Assist with reconciling class rosters.
- Assist with processing vendor applications
- Assist Accounting Coordinators with the review and processing Expense Reports from Instructors
- Process Purchase Orders
- Other duties as assigned by the management team that are consistent with your job role and function.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
