Financial Assistant/Bookkeeper Total Disinfection Systems Southeastern, PA Job Summary:
The Financial Assistant/Bookkeeper is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting general accounting activities. This role ensures the company’s financial data is up-to-date, organized, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and categorize financial transactions in accounting software Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly Process invoices, receipts, and payments Maintain financial documents and filing systems Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing issues Support the accountant with audits and tax preparations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or coursework in accounting or finance preferred) Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial administration Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial and personnel information •In-person meetings, on occasion, will be required •Flexible schedule
