Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team at Advanced Solution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is crucial in supporting our operations and ensuring a seamless financial workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Payment Processing:
Monitor and process incoming payments, ensuring they are correctly applied to customer accounts.
Customer Account Reconciliation:
Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, addressing discrepancies promptly.
Collections:
Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with customers regarding payment status, offering assistance as needed to facilitate timely payment.
Reporting:
Prepare and present accounts receivable reports, highlighting aging balances and collections progress to management.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Financial Analysis:
Assist in analyzing accounts receivable data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
