Role:
Our client is seeking adetail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join theirgrowing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives ina fast-paced environment, has a passion for numbers, and iscommitted to maintaining accurate financial records.
KeyResponsibilities:
Process high-volume invoices accurately andefficiently Match purchase orders, invoices, and receivingdocuments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and process electronic transfers and payments Maintainvendor files and ensure compliance with internal controls Assistwith month-end closing and reporting Communicate with vendors andinternal departments to resolve issues
Qualifications:
1-3 years ofexperience in accounts payable or a related accounting roleProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities Ability to workindependently and meet deadlines High school diploma or equivalentrequired; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in
