Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30

PM Starting Pay:

$18/hour

YOUR IMPACT HERE

This role supports our revenue cycle by helping collect past-due balances from our business clients — while keeping things professional, polite, and relationship-focused. You’ll also assist with incoming calls and day-to-day office tasks, working closely with a small, collaborative team.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Follow up with business clients on outstanding invoices in a friendly, professional way Investigate and resolve billing issues (credits, misapplied payments, etc.) Track collection activity in QuickBooks using to-dos and notes Complete assigned tasks on schedule Report on accounts needing extra attention or showing patterns Respond to customer inquiries and resolve A/R-related questions Provide dependable backup for various administrative tasks Answer incoming calls as part of our 4-person support team (operator, service, and admin calls) Pitch in with general office support as needed — we’re a small team, and we help each other out

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

Knowledge of A/R processes and basic accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel Experience with multi-line phone systems Strong attention to detail and time management Great communicator — written and verbal Problem-solver with sound decision-making skills Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Flexible and open to change Must live within commuting distance of Lancaster, PA

HELPFUL EXTRAS

Experience in B2B collections or a related role Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop or similar accounting software
