Monday to Friday Duties and Responsibilities Process daily accounts payable invoices for vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement. Communicate with vendors to address account status and resolve outstanding payable invoices. Execute payment runs, including check printing, mailing, and ACH payment processing. Review the Uninvoiced Purchase Receipts report, collaborating with the Purchasing department to resolve discrepancies. Process daily accounts receivable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers. Upload invoices to customer portals and payment platforms, facilitating efficient payment processing. Contact customers via phone and email to address overdue accounts and secure payment arrangements. Manage the AP and AR email inboxes, providing prompt responses and maintaining organized communications. Collaborate with team members across departments, as needed. Effectively communicate with customers, employees, and management. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Competency in accounting and office software applications. Excellent teamwork and customer service skills with a strong focus on collaboration. Proficiency in telephone operations and computer systems, such as MS Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with a focus on electronic filing and record-keeping.
