Accounts Payable Clerk The Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort Shawnee on Delaware, PA 18356 The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort is currently accepting applications for an Accounts Payable Clerk. Applicants with customer service and hospitality experience and high organizational skills are encouraged to apply. Duties include but are not limited to: Collect and process daily deposit from all outlets Review all invoices for proper documentation and approval before payment Code and enter each invoice into computer system Process check requests Respond to vendor inquiries Reconcile daily paperwork from each outlet Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately

Essential Functions:

Well organized, self-starter Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable Problem solving skills Basic Accounting knowledge Ability to effectively communicate-both verbally and in writing Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner Applicants with prior hospitality experience, a flexible schedule and a desire for guest service are encouraged to apply!
