The Impact You’ll Make You’ll be the vital link between our vendors and our Accounts Payable operations. From sorting daily mail to managing inboxes and maintaining our vendor system, you’ll help keep our financial processes smooth, compliant, and responsive. The efficiency of thousands of payments and the vendors behind them relies on your precision and communication. What You’ll Do Sort and deliver mail between plants (Hatfield Main and Hatfield North) Manage AP email inbox; respond to vendors promptly Set up and maintain vendor accounts using SAP and Concur Assist with statement reconciliations and vendor inquiries using Excel What Makes This Role Exciting?
