Part-Time Administrator/Bookkeeper Signature Capital Advisors 300 Welsh Road, Horsham, PA 19044 Job Overview We are seeking a high energy, detail-oriented, organized and proactive PT Administrator/Bookkeeper to support our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in real estate, enjoys working with numbers, and can manage multiple tasks given in a single day efficiently. Candidate must have self-transportation as driving running errands will be required. Work must be in the office. Some remote work may be granted depending on reliability and performance. Must be able to learn quickly and work independently. Duties Maintain / update financial records in QuickBooks Prepare / manage spreadsheets in Excel Prepare bank reconciliations Assist in communicating with local townships, utility companies and customers Mail / filing, document scanning Support general admin. tasks such as data entry, email follow ups and scheduling appointments on managers calendars Office organizational tasks Running errands/ travel generally locally Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel a must Ability to multi-task Experience with accounts payable management and processing invoices Experience with accounts receivable management and billing •

Job Type:
Part-time Pay:

$18.00 – $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
