This temp-to-perm opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, blue-collar environment and isn’t afraid to take initiative.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Process accounts payable invoices and payments accurately and efficiently Maintain vendor files and handle daily communications with vendors Resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments Work in QuickBooks Desktop to manage AP functions (strongly preferred) Create and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel (sort/filter/formulas required; VLOOKUPs and pivot tables = major plus) Assist in month-end close and other accounting-related tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of true AP experience in a fast-moving, hands-on role Experience with QuickBooks Desktop strongly preferred Familiarity with vendor management and AP processes Solid Excel skills — must know basic functions; advanced skills a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A self-starter with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude Ability to work under minimal supervision and ask questions when needed

Temp-to-Perm Details:
Hourly Temp Rate:
$20-$30/hr based on experience
Potential Conversion Salary:
Up to $62,000 (based on experience and performance during the temp period)
