Accounting Specialist Position Available In York, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

Adecco is currently assisting a local company in York, PA intheir search for a Accounting Specialist. This position will be responsible for the day to day support of theOpen Payments regulatory transparency Duties include but not limited to:

• Conduct daily audits of the travel and related expenses forregulatory compliance to ensure that all eligible spend is recordedand reportable for the tax year.
• Support the Open Payments regulatory reporting using theMediSpend system to compile, analyze, and generate reporting toensure timely and accurate reporting to specified regulatoryagencies.
• Ownership for the completeness of data reported

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong financial analytic skills.
• Moderate to advance experience with Microsoft Office suiterequired.
• Experience working with Databasics or similar Travel and ExpenseReimbursement software highly preferred.
• Experience working with Medispend, or other Open Payments datarepository software desired.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to workeffectively with all levels of an organization.
• Motivated self-starter with strong communication, organizationand multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

EDUCATION and

EXPERIENCE

• Associate¿s Degree in finance/accounting or relateddiscipline.
• Minimum of 3
• 5 years related experience in accounting orfinance.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
