Bookkeeper Position Available In York, Pennsylvania

Bookkeeper The Profit Masters 1750 Industrial Highway, York, PA 17402 The Profit Masters is a leading financial coaching company within the Home Improvement Industry that is looking to add a full time individual to fill our Bookkeeping role at our York, PA location.

Candidate MUST:

• Be proficient and familiar with Quickbooks Online
• Either have a degree in accounting or at least 1 year experience with A/R, A/P, monthly reconciliations, payrolls and job costing
• Have familiarity with Balance sheets and P&Ls
• Be extremely organized
• Have experience with Google Drive and proper email etiquette
• Have experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Have experience having used various CRM company software systems

Roles & Responsiblities:

• Perform transactional bookkeeping tasks using industry accepted accrual accounting methods
• Perform month-end reconciliations, job costing, and P&L publications
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
• Conduct bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
