IMMEDIATE OPENING

for one (1) Customer Service Representative /

Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• Full-time position, consistent Monday-Friday work schedule, Day shift
• Paid training, paid holidays, and paid vacation
• Eligible for health, dental, and life insurance as well as retirement savings This positions covers two functions that you will be expected to perform: 1) Accounts Receivable for a pest control company: You will be posting daily work, mailing out statements to customers, answering customer questions regarding their account balances and payments, processing all forms of payments, and making collection phone calls to customers behind in payments, etc.

2) Customer Service clerk for a storage facility working out of the same building as the pest control company: You will take and process payments from customers, rent out units to customers and vacate them when necessary, answer the storage phone line, call customers when they are behind on payments, call repair companies and schedule repairs to be made to storage units.

Skills/Qualifications:

Must provide a background check and motor vehicle report. Previous accounting, storage, and/or customer service experience helpful, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided for all employees.
