Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. This role is essential to ensuring smooth financial operations by managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
• Reconcile accounts to maintain financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and execute check runs in accordance with organizational policies.
• Input data efficiently and maintain updated records within financial systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely invoice approvals and payments.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Oracle for data management and reporting.
• Support other accounts payable functions as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor vendor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Identify and address issues related to payment delays or errors. Requirements
• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
• Strong skills in account reconciliation and invoice processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle systems.
• Familiarity with coding invoices and executing check runs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
