Receivable Clerkinclude:
- Receive and validate invoices for goods and services
- Insure accurate invoicing for shipments
- Perform data transactions in SAP
- Manage check runs, ensuring appropriate approvals
- Review receivable and payable information and validate againstbudgets and forecasts
- Investigate issues and discrepancies
- Manage cash applicationand resolve customer accountdiscrepancies
- Generate accounting and analytical reports as required
- Maintain appropriate accounting files and retrieve historicaldata as needed
