Responsible for assisting with clerical duties in Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Group Billing. Responsibilities Assist with sending, charging, and tracking payment forms for groups Assist with charging and tracking wholesale payments Assist with setting up new contracts as they are signed with sales Assist with creating invoices and generating receipts Other clerical and billing duties as assigned by the Credit & Collections Manager (ex: file, copy, print, pull contracts, create file folders, assist with past due follow-ups, assist with Guest Billing inquiries as needed, assist with tracking group payments & releasing commission payments post-departure, etc.) Follow and support Resort Vision, Mission Statement and Core Values Knowledge and Skills Excellent verbal and written communication with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity Education and Experience High School Diploma and would prefer accounting experience Customer service, phone skills and email proficiency Experience with Safesforce, Agilysys, Sertifi preferred Essential Physical Requirements Ability to enter computer data and sit for 90% of the day. 10% bending over/stooping is required for filing, pulling invoices and tickets from files.
