Duties:

Clerical work and entering in data. Process AP and AR transactions in a timely manner. Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments. Work to maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Requirements Proficiency in accounting software. 2+ years of experience in AP and AR processes. Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess financial information accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
