As a leader in the electrical distribution industry, we are expanding our team with a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist. The company is growing and now has seven branch locations in the Carolina’s with corporate headquarters located in Summerville, SC. We are looking for an experienced detail oriented team member with has a comprehensive understanding of the Accounts Payable process.
Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Specialist primary role will be to process and input vendor invoices into the company financial system.
Key Responsibilities:
Match and validate vendor invoices received against authorized purchase orders. Input and confirm that vendor invoices received are properly posted into Epicor Eclipse financial system Validate accuracy of vendor invoices received for subsequent client invoicing process Perform inventory related accounts payable function for wholesale electrical supply company Work with operations, warehouse, sales personnel, and project management teams to resolve purchasing variances that might exist Reconcile vendor statements
