Job Description
Bookkeeper Holmes Enterprises, Inc. Fountain Inn, SC 29644 Holmes Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a qualified full-time Bookkeeper to join our team. We purchase, develop and manage real estate in Laurens County and the surrounding area. Our main office is currently in Clinton, SC but will be moving to Fountain Inn in the near future.
Position Overview:
This managerial position will be responsible for overseeing the financials of our portfolio of affordable housing properties and other administrative and bookkeeping duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant balances
- Operate property management software and manage physical files
- Coordinate the filing of evictions
- Bank deposits
- Job costing for projects
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll
- Misc.
administrative duties
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years minimum QuickBooks experience
- Some college or 2 year minimum bookkeeping experience
- Driver’s license
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Detail oriented
- Organized
- Self-starter
- Ability to multi-task Preferred Qualifications (NOT required):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Prior property management experience
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
