We are looking for an experienced accounts receivable accountant for our dealership in Conway, SC (Myrtle Beach area) to join our team! The ideal candidate will be bright, motivated, professional, detail oriented, organized, and hard-working individual, with an ability to work in a fast paced environment. 1+ years of prior automotive dealership accounting experience. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for A/R including warranty and rebates Oversee admin for red flag rules, 8300 cash reporting, HR & benefits. Review quarterly payroll reporting Maintain payroll bank account reconciliations Review for compliance with governmental regulations and company policies Monitor cash and floorplan balances Cash & Check

• Post Daily File all cash receipt records, check stubs and bank receipts Maintain Petty cash Follow up on collections as needed Ally Floor Recon Daily Stock in Cars Daily (ACV, Manheim, Ally, Enterprise) Enter Titles
• Floor if possible (Marsha will give you the titles to Floor in Ally) Cancellations (Warranty and Gap) Ally Warranties (Pay) Capital One Reserves
• Monthly Ally Reserves
• Monthly Order Supplies for Office Email and call customers,
