Bookkeeper Healthy Heart Veterinary Clinic 7140 Oak Hill Road, Loudon, NH 03307 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices. Experience with QuickBooks is required. Duties Maintain and update financial records. Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data. Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks, to manage financial transactions efficiently. Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. Ensure adherence to GAAP standards in all accounting practices. Requirements Proven experience as a Bookkeeper. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks. Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
