What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll handle critical accounts payable functions to help keep our financial processes running smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Accurately posting inventory invoices in compliance with company policies and accounting standards Reconciling invoices with purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and receiving Auditing and reconciling freight invoices Collaborating with team members across multiple states to obtain payment authorizations Monitoring and directing incoming emails to the appropriate AP team members Assisting fellow AP specialists during peak workload periods Allocating overhead expenses to the correct general ledger accounts as needed Supporting weekly check runs and ensuring all deadlines are met
