From accounts payable to accounts receivable, along with bank reconciliation management. This role is a vital part of QSM’s trusted management team. They will also be the main point of contact for billing questions. To be successful in this role, applicants must have high-level bookkeeping skills and experience with financial and accounting software, as well as management experience. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to Keeps records of all day-to-day financial transactions for all corporations under QSM Health Systems and its affiliates. Reconcile all accounts regularly, including banking and corporate credit card accounts Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annual financial statements and reports for management as required. Process accounts payable Reconcile accounts receivable Update and process ledgers Prepare reports to maintain accounting Preparation of tax items monthly and yearly in collaboration with CPA team. Qualifications Strong knowledge of general accounting principles Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software (NetSuite) At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience (or translatable skills) Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Ability to prepare, review, and understand financial statements and documents Management of team or departmental tasks Ability to work well with others, communicate effectively, and be a team player. Physical Requirements:

Experience in Excel Experience in Oracle NetSuite (ERP), NetSuite Certification preferred. Must be able to communicate professionally orally and in writing. Must be proficient in English (written and verbal communication). Must be able to push/pull/carry items up to 50 lbs. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Must attend all required meetings and corporate conferences on an annual basis (travel may be required). Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods. Must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment. Must be able to delegate tasks, provide clear instructions/recommendations, and collaborate with other professionals. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have reliable transportation. US citizenship, residency or authorization to work in the United States.
