Responsibilities:
Perform all responsibilities of processing vendor invoices. Handle all vendor correspondence via mail, email or phone Obtain proper approvals on AP invoices Oversee payable credit notes and add to Infor as needed Processing AP payment and customer refunds Investigate & resolve any discrepancies associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders Prepare year end forms 1099
Position Requirements:
