Job Description
Now Hiring for an Accounts Payable in the Tullahoma area. Our client is growing and looking for top talent with a minimum of 2yrs. of accounting experience to join their dynamic team. $18/hr Hours would be Mon.-Fri. 8AM- 5
PM Responsibilities:
- Review bills for payment (match invoices with purchase orders).
- Check for proper approvals and authorizations.
- Enter and process payments and Generate checks.
- Maintain vendor files.
- Assist the Controller in preparing tax and government reports.
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
- Set up all vendors
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
- Maintain all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Operate standard office equipment regularly, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast environment
- Experience in using accounting software
- Keen attention to detail
- In-depth understanding of company standards
- Computer proficiency including MS Word and MS Excel
- Experience with WMS/ HRIS/ Amtech
