Duties for this position include:

Review bills for payment (match invoices with purchase orders) Check for proper approvals and authorizations Enter and process payments and generate checks Maintain vendor files Assist the Controller in preparing tax and government reports Set up all vendors Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner Maintain all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times Operate standard office equipment regularly, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have Compensation (USD): $18.00/hour $40,000•$50,000 year salary if hired on

Schedule:

1st Shift Monday•Friday 8:00 a.m.•5:00 p.m. Successful candidates must meet the following requirements: High School Diploma or GED Clean Background/Drug Screen Accounts Payable experience Excellent attendance Pleasant phone voice Multi-tasking and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast environment Experience in using accounting software Computer proficiency including MS Word and MS Excel
