Responsibilities:
Review, code, and process incoming vendor invoices and subcontractor payments Resolve vendor statement discrepancies when necessary Set-up and maintain vendor records Record journal entries Assist w/ 1099 processing Assist with reconciliations Assist with maintaining general ledger Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities Support accounting team in various areas Record construction job cost allocations Assist in fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules Assist w/ documentation and reports Collaborate with project manager and internal teams to ensure proper cost coding Qualifications 1-2 years accounting experience required Experience with Sage preferred Basic GAAP knowledge Strong Attention to Detail Skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Construction / Real Estate Experience highly preferred Knowledge of subcontractor billing preferred #
