How you’ll make an impact
Focus on account management, servicing accounts based on client needs, regulations, contracts, and relationship agreements.
Handle day-to-day management for routine to moderately complex client accounts.
Manage a book of business, strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Review and update internal metrics, ensuring accounts are current and escalating aged balances.
Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and prevent settlement delays.
Build relationships with client accounting teams and leaders.
Coordinate administrative support and customer service teams as needed.
Achieve annual servicing goals for assigned accounts.
Support Account Executives and/or Broker Producers.
About You
High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Minimum five years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to interpret and calculate figures in Excel using basic formulas, understanding financial impacts.
Maintain high quality control standards in system actions and communications.
Respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members. Present information effectively to management, clients, and associates.
Learn and understand business processes, balancing requirements to review and manage client accounts.
Analyze financial reports and documents to manage client accounts effectively.
Energetic, eager to learn, and adaptable to business needs. Identify and resolve business issues efficiently.
Willingness to travel as needed.
