Job responsibilities include : Generate and upload accurate invoices in line with contract terms Manage full-cycle billing and accounts receivable for assigned B2B accounts Monitor and follow up on past-due balances; resolve disputes and escalate as needed and post cash receipts accurately Reconcile remittance details and resolve unidentified or misapplied payments Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer and billing records Utilizing excellent customer service as well as verbal and written communication We are currently speaking with candidates who have : Two plus years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience Excellent communication skills—written and verbal Excellent customer service skills Intermediate Excel skills—VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables Netsuite a PLUS!
