Description We are looking for a meticulous and organized Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Piperton, Tennessee. In this role, you will handle essential bookkeeping tasks, including managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) entries, ensuring accuracy in financial data across multiple entities. This position requires proficiency in QuickBooks and a strong understanding of credit card and loan transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) information within QuickBooks.
• Process financial transactions related to credit cards and loans with precision and attention to detail.
• Manage bookkeeping tasks across multiple entities, ensuring consistency and accuracy in data.
• Reconcile financial accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports on financial activities to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Requirements
• Proficiency in QuickBooks with demonstrated experience in bookkeeping tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Familiarity with credit card and loan transaction entries.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle financial data for multiple entities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
