What You’ll Do Obtain required invoice approvals per Company guidelines
Resolve telephone, email and fax inquiries received by the Helpdesk in a timely manner
Work closely with other departments/divisions to maintain and increase process efficiency
Help with expense invoice coding and related reconciliations
Communicate effectively with internal & external customers
Accountable for accurate data logging, tracking, and auditing (using SAP and Excel)
Assist with vendor setup and maintenance
Process both PO and non-PO invoices
Enters A/P Freight Invoices into database
What You’ll Need Strong computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with SAP preferred.
High level of organization and time management skills
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a professional demeanor in all situations, and commitment to excellent customer services at all times
Strong Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing background and experience
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
Your Education Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
