The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the timely processing of accounts receivable transactions. This position requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles, as well as proficiency in relevant software applications. Responsibilities include but not Limited to: Process and record incoming payments accurately and efficiently. Prepare journal entries to reflect financial transactions related to accounts receivable. Analyze account balances and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, ensuring all debits and credits are properly documented. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable/payable. Utilize Quickbooks software for tracking and managing accounts receivable activities. Experience Previous experience in public accounting or a similar finance role is preferred. Strong understanding of journal entries, debits, credits, and general accounting principles. Familiarity with financial concepts and practices related to accounts receivable management. Proficiency in Quickbooks or similar accounting software is advantageous. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
