Overview of Position This is an hourly, temporary position lasting 6 month or less. The role is hybrid with 4 days in the downtown Chattanooga office and one day work from home. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for supporting the Bridges Finance and Accounting team. This position will manage Bridges’ outgoing payments. The clerk will verify vendor invoices, match invoices with purchase orders and process payments promptly. This position will handle billing discrepancies and maintain payment records. The accounts payable clerk plays a key role in a company’s financial health. Critical Role Responsibilities o Process accounts payable, route invoices to appropriate person, research and resolve discrepancies; make journal entries in Netsuite o Record debits/credits outside of AP and bank reconciliation o Update cash reports (daily) o Handle and process checks o Manage and reconcile corporate credit cards o Reply to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments and invoices o Perform vendor setup including 1099 status o Review all expense reports ensuring adherence to policy; pay via Bill.com o Pull reporting when requested on vendors or accounts o Deliver mail and packages to onsite employees This description is representative but not inclusive of all position responsibilities. Qualifications Experience:

3+ years A/P experience; Netsuite and Bill.com experience preferred : Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail. Effective oral and written communication skills. Individual must be highly motivated and able to work effectively in both an independent and team role, operating with a high level of integrity and respect for others. Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in Excel.
