Accounts Payable Specialist/Accounts Receivable Specialist Lynch Surveys 4405 Coster Road, Knoxville, TN 37912 Lynch Surveys is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist. We are a family owned, local business since 1972. Job requirements include but are not limited to: Managing Payroll Processing payments and invoices Reconciling accounts payable and receivable Managing outstanding accounts Monitoring and ensuring payment deadlines Responding to inquiries from vendors and customers Ability to track accounts receivable from multiple vendors with P.O.’s via direct deposit Qualifications

• Proficient in QuickBooks Online
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
• Experience with payroll management and data entry
• Familiarity with general ledger accounting
• Ability to analyze financial data accurately Summary In the role of Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be integral to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
