University Physicians’ Association is looking for dedicated team members to fill multiple positions for Medical Accounts Receivable Representatives. These medical billing positions offer growth opportunities where you can develop a career with an established leader in the healthcare business industry. Remote work options are available for this position; however, candidate must be able to commute to Knoxville, TN for a required on-site training period for a minimum of 90 days. Some positions may also require intermittent time in the office, as needs arise.
POSITION
: Full-Time, Monday through Friday work week with flexible scheduling available.

Job Paid Training Insurance Package:

Correspond with client to resolve inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Identify payer trends and notify manager of negative trends. Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and compliance. Maintain accurate documentation and reports. Following established processes and procedures.
Requirements:
High School education or equivalency, medical billing courses and/or higher education a plus. Good computer, written, & verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes is not required but preferred. Previous medical billing experience is not required but preferred.
