This is a full time position which includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital, STD, LTD, vacation/PTO and a 401K with a company match. Job description includes but not limited to: Execute all aspects of the accounts payable function Maintain vendors list Receive invoices and route for approval Enter invoices into the ERP systems and process check runs Maintain filing system for all payments made Taking the initiative in disputing/resolving vendor invoicing issues Other ad hoc requests as assigned Vendor credit applications Other projects as assigned Provide Support/Backup for other accounting positions Assist with documentation/preparing 1099s Expected workhours all in office M-F, 7am – 5pm, 30-minute lunch
