Accounts Payable Bookkeeper
- Full Time Are you interested in becoming a critical part of an innovative company while having FUN?
Join our family-oriented team at NHC ! The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience and will be responsible for paying center bills, keeping track of invoices, & entering payroll and employee information. This position may also include receptionist duties at front desk and various other administrative tasks as needed. Applicant must be detail orientated, have good communication skills, and be flexible concerning additional duties as they arise.
Position Highlights :
- Vouchering invoices
- Preparing weekly check run
- Communicating with vendors and partners with regards to purchases
- Preparing month end books for submission to home office
- Other various tasks related to accounts payable
- Responsible for maintaining resident patient accounts which entails receiving funds

- Experience in insurance verification, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
- Possess good communication skills with attention to detail.
- Be able to work effectively and thoroughly with patients and families.
- Be well-organized, persistent, and work as a team player with other departments.
