RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage various expense processing tasks Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Manage accounts Payables and perform bookkeeping Cost management using the Quickbook systems. Manage various accounting related tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management/Business Administration or a related field 0-3 years of experience as an Accounting or Administrative Assistant in an office or manufacturing setting May require local business travels to implement tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate skill level in Excel and PowerPoint required Preferred Quickbooks experience Must be bilingual – Korean, English
