Full Job Description Job Summary:

This position is responsible for Accounts Payable for the Florida and Tennessee Plants. Duties include daily accounts payable related activities. Assist with answering all incoming phone calls, and backup for other accounting staff, as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Three-way matching of invoices, receipts and PO?s Verifies price quotes against invoices Enters batches in AP module in Great Plains Sends out payments weekly by mail and electronically Cut checks as necessary for the Clarksville & Florida Plants Prepares positive pay file for uploading to bank files Reconciles vendors? statements Processes annual 1099?s, and maintains vendors W9?s Comply and follow safety and company policies and procedures in the facility Perform other duties as assigned by the
