Accounts Payable Specialist Position Available In Montgomery, Tennessee

Accounts Payable Specialist LBMC Staffing Solutions Clarksville, TN 37044 This position is responsible for Accounts Payable for the Florida and Tennessee Plants. Duties include daily accounts payable related activities. Assist with answering all incoming phone calls, and backup for other accounting staff, as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Three-way matching of invoices, receipts and PO’s
• Verify price quotes for invoices
• Enter batches in AP module in Great Plains
• Send out payments weekly by mail and electronically
• Prepare positive pay file for uploading to bank
• Generate ACH file for uploading to bank
• Reconcile vendors’ statements
• Process annual 1099’s, and maintains vendor W9’s
• Comply with safety and company policies and procedures in the facility
• Perform other duties as assigned by the

Friday Education Required:

Five (5) years of Accounts Payable experience required. High School Diploma or GED (required) Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred but not required
