Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee, 38119, United States. This role focuses on providing accurate and efficient data entry of accounting information, ensuring the smooth migration of data into a new ERP system.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry of financial information into the ERP system
- Cross-verification and accuracy checking of accounting records and documents
- Providing assistance in basic reconciliations and data validation processes
- Collaborating with accounting and project teams to facilitate seamless data migration
- Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary
- Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
- Maintaining accurate customer credit records. Requirements
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is a must
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
