REQUIREMENTS
Corporate online banking experience with domestic & foreign accounts a plus. Meet department accuracy requirements and handle new projects as assigned Detailed oriented with a strong work ethic Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills Maintain a positive attitude and proactive approach to assignments Must maintain an outstanding level of attendance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Positive Pay Exceptions & reports Deposits in client bank account & posting to books Release & mail client checks Ensure accuracy of proper check signatures & create advices for production to send to clients Shipping of client checks to include logging printed checks out of computer room, running tapes for accuracy & posting to client books Process monthly bank reconciliations, outstanding check reports & audit each client account Stop pay checks, void checks, returned checks & cleared check research Track uncashed checks for escheatment reports to production Initiate and/or approve outgoing wires Provided exception customer service to production for the benefit of our clients Perform other duties as assigned
