The Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. You’ll help keep our finances running smoothly by handling invoices, payments, and vendor communications. It’s a key role that keeps our business moving behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Process and code invoices accurately and efficiently Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Manage check runs and electronic payments Maintain AP files and documentation Team up with vendors and coworkers to solve problems Help with monthly close and reporting when needed

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years in AP or a similar finance role Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Positive Attitude:

You bring energy and enthusiasm to every task, making work fun for yourself and your team!

Dynamic Mindset:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
